If you're moving and the military assigns this company, absolutely refuse to use them. I can't even begin to describe how bad our experience was. We still have not gotten through documenting all the damage a month later.

I would rate less but clearly you can't. This is by far the WORST moving company I've ever experienced. The women that came to pack our house (1 lady was really nice) were completely rude. I'm guessing she was the head lady in charge, she huffed and puffed like she was too bothered to do her job....
